Conditions of Warranty Coverage

• Reservations must be made through the official website of any Royal Park Hotels'.
• Reservations must be for the one-night stay, not including meals, etc.
• Reservations must be for the overnight stay with check-in after 72 hours from the reservation.

<How to apply>
Within 24 hours of making the reservation (and no later than 72 hours prior to check-in), please submit a request using the Inquiry Form on the official website of the hotel where you made the reservation, indicating the required information below.  The hotel will reply within 48 hours of your request.

<Mandatory Information>
(1) Name of the customer making the inquiry (Kana)
②Name of the guest (Kana)
③ Reservation number
④ Accommodation date
Name of the reservation site to be compared
⑥ Name of the accommodation Plan on the reservation site to be compared
⑦ Rates of the accommodation plan on the reservation site to be compared

If the application is approved to meet the terms and conditions of the Best Rate Guarantee, you will receive the same rate as the comparable rate for room reservations made through the official website of each Royal Park Hotels', and in addition, members of The Club Royal Park Hotels will be awarded double points on the room rate of your stay.

Not Covered by Warranty

• If the details and conditions of the reservation to be compared are not the same as those of the room reservation from the official website of each Royal Park Hotels' 
  (Hotel location, room types, view and floor level, ancillary services such as Amenities, number of guests, check-in/check-out time, payment method, cancellation/change policy, etc.)
• Reservations that are not publicly announced and cannot be reserved without special procedures or qualifications
  (e.g., reservations for specific membership programs, contracted corporations, organizations, limited eligibility of login code holders, reservations using or presenting discount codes, coupons, or points, etc.)
• Sales by travel agents (arranged travel, etc.), sales on other websites with terms and conditions for travel agents, etc., where the hotel has no control over the price.
  (e.g., sales by travel agents, sales on other websites with specific terms and conditions for travel agents, etc.)
• Special sales or reservation methods
  (Auction sites or reservation sites using similar methods, reservation sites that do not provide the name of the hotel until the reservation is completed, reservations that cannot be confirmed immediately after the reservation is made, reservations that require confirmation or verification by e-mail or telephone before the reservation is completed, etc.)
• For prices that fluctuate due to exchange rates

• Inquiry
