Extension of check-out time will be charged as follows.
A. Check-out from 11:00 to 18:00
An additional charge of JPY1,000 (including consumption tax and service charge) will be charged per hour per room.
B. Check-out after 18:00
An additional charge for the first night will be charged.

The hotel does not have its own parking lot. We will guide you to parking lots with preferential rates in the vicinity of the hotel.

Children under elementary school age are free of charge if using existing bed.
Children sharing a bed are limited to 1 child per 1 adult. Any additional children will be charged.
Up to 1 child can sleep with a regular bed, excluding extra beds.
In addition, we accept children's bed-sharing for reservations of 2 adults or more, so if you are using 1 adult and 1 child, please make a reservation for 2 adults.
Junior high school students and older will be charged the regular rate.

About Luggage
Please write the name of the guest and Check-in on the slip and send it to the address below. Please send your luggage after making a reservation. Please note that we cannot accept refrigerated/frozen products or cash on delivery.
If you arrive early on the day, we can keep your luggage even before check-in. Please feel free to ask the front staff.
In addition, even after check-out, we will keep it only for the same day. Please be sure to bring your passport and other valuables with you. Frozen and refrigerated items cannot be stored.

However, the automatic door at the hotel entrance will be locked from 1:00 to 6:00, so please hold your room card key next to the entrance or let us know by intercom.
There is a Family Mart about 1 minute on foot from the hotel.
You can use the large communal bath, sauna, after-bath lounge, and rooftop garden. Please refrain from using other facilities in pajamas and Slippers.
