About Luggage
Please write the name of the guest and the Check-in the slip and send it to the address below. Please send your luggage after making a reservation.
Please note that we cannot accept refrigerated or frozen items.
If you arrive early on the day, we can keep your luggage even before check-in. Please feel free to ask the front staff.
In addition, even after check-out, we will keep it only for the same day. Please be sure to bring your passport and other valuables with you.

For safety reasons, use is limited to children under the age of 1 who cannot hold onto their feet.

There is no curfew.
However, the automatic door at the hotel entrance is locked from 3:00 to 6:00 on weekdays and from 1:00 to 6:00 on holidays and days before holidays. Please let us know.
