Smoothies made with substandard vegetables and fruits

It is said that this mixed juice was born from the desire to not waste fruit, and is widely loved in Osaka, where it is made. This time, they have created a smoothie using pumpkins from Osaka that could not be sold in the market due to irregularities.
We also have a smoothie made with substandard mandarin oranges from Osaka and carrots, as well as a refreshing green smoothie made with komatsuna mustard spinach and substandard lemons from Hyogo Prefecture.
We offer smoothies made with local ingredients that are kind to both the environment and your body, helping to get your day off to a good start.

Two varieties are offered daily.

"Furikake Bar" is fun to try and compare

Furikake is a nostalgic rice accompaniment that many of us have eaten at least once as children.
We have prepared "Furikake" from the Kansai region, including Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, and Wakayama, so that our overseas customers can enjoy its deliciousness.
You can enjoy it in any way you like, such as pouring it over rice to compare the different flavors, or topping it on a salad to discover new flavors.
Enjoy Japan's local food culture while experiencing the charm of not only Osaka but the Kansai region as well.

We have 12 types of furikake, each with its own regional flavor.
We offer six different dishes every day to satisfy guests staying multiple nights.
