Spring cocktail
It's mid-March, and the cold of winter is gradually easing, with the gentle warmth of spring beginning to be felt every day.
This time, we will introduce two original cocktails themed on "spring" from each of Japan and Italy.

<Sakurazuki>
The name of the cocktail is another name for March in the lunar calendar.
This cocktail combines elderflower-scented liqueur, passion fruit liqueur, and cherry syrup to create a sweet and sour cocktail with a refreshing floral flavor.
The edge of the glass is decorated with seasonal leaves and edible flowers reminiscent of weeping cherry blossoms.
This is a drink that allows you to experience the arrival of spring with all your senses.
<Primavera>
The cocktail's name means "Spring" in Italian.
In Italy, Easter is celebrated every April, and its symbol is the classic egg-shaped chocolate Easter egg. This time, based on the concept of spring and Easter in Italy, we combined Italian gin and egg liqueur to create a dessert cocktail. On Easter day in Italy, families go to see roses, just like cherry blossom viewing in Japan. Inspired by roses in full bloom, Belle Rose is floated on the surface of the liquid to express its gorgeousness.
