Omi Beef
Omi beef is a Japanese brand of wagyu beef that is raised with the blessings of nature and the love of producers in an area surrounded by mountains that continue to preserve the natural environment of Lake Biwa.
With a history spanning more than 400 years, Omi beef is the oldest of Japan's three major wagyu beef breeds, and bred by outstanding producers, it is the pinnacle of wagyu beef.
