The cocktail name "Chimney" means "chimney" in Japanese.

When you think of Christmas, you think of Santa Claus.
This cocktail is made to look like Santa climbing up a snow-covered chimney on Christmas Day, decorated with a grappa glass in the coral style (a technique in which sugar is sprinkled around the edge of the glass).
The cocktail is made using Kinkan liqueur, chocolate rum, and yogurt liqueur to create a white-colored cocktail. The red grenadine syrup at the bottom of the glass, which is inspired by Santa Claus trying to get in through the chimney, can be mixed to taste, and you can enjoy the changing colors and flavors of the two layers of white and red.
