What is Meditation

Meditation is a method to relax your mind.
The trick is, when a thought comes to mind, just focus on something else, like your breathing.
You can choose your posture, keep your eyes open or closed, and it's okay if you can't stop thinking.
When you realize that you are thinking about something, try to focus your attention back on your five senses again.
