Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. *May vary depending on Accommodation Plan you use, so please check when making a reservation.
For guests arriving by car, we will direct you to the public parking lot in the basement of the Chunichi Building. Please read the following points of caution and agree to them before using the service.
Hotel guests We offer a preferential rate of 1,800 yen (tax included) per night. Please be sure to present your parking ticket at the front desk upon arrival.
Restaurant customers For purchases of 5,000 yen or more (including consumption tax and service charges) per car, you will receive 1 hour free of charge, and for purchases of 20,000 yen or more (including consumption tax and service charges), you will receive 2 hours free of charge. Please be sure to present your parking ticket at each restaurant when paying (there is no maximum fee).
・Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. ・Depending on how busy the Chunichi Building is, the parking lot may be full and you may not be able to use it. ・The parking lot is open from 7:00 to 24:00. Please contact the hotel if you wish to enter or exit the parking lot outside of these hours. ・Vehicles that can be parked must be within 5,000mm in length, 2,000mm in width, and 2,300mm in height. ・The elevator entrance that goes directly to the hotel is on B3F, so parking in a space on B3F will make movement easier. ・If you enter and exit the parking lot again during your stay after completing the accommodation discount procedure at the front desk, you will need to complete the procedure again. Please be sure to stop by the front desk and present your parking ticket. ・The parking period for hotel guests is 24 hours from the time of entry. After that, regular parking fees will apply.
* Parking available at preferential rates For guests staying overnight, "Art Park Tokai Parking Lot" 20-hour passes are sold at the front desk for 2,000 yen.
