[THE TEA LOUNGE] Limited time menu "Matcha Zenzai"
The hotel's 24th floor lobby, "THE TEA LOUNGE," will be serving the autumn limited edition menu item, "Matcha Zenzai," from Tuesday, October 1, 2024.
The zenzai is garnished with plum-shaped namafu (wheat gluten) and shiratama (rice flour dumplings), as well as chestnuts, a representative autumn flavor, and matcha is served in a separate bowl.
You can enjoy the change in sweetness and bitterness by adjusting the amount of matcha. You can also enjoy the chewy texture of the namafu and shiratama.
