Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. *May vary depending on Accommodation Plan you use, so please check when making a reservation.
For customers arriving by car, please use the hotel's underground public parking lot (9 hotel priority slots). Advance reservations are not accepted.
Hotel guests We are offering a preferential rate of 150 yen (tax included) per hour. Please be sure to present your parking ticket at the front desk upon arrival as you will need to process the benefits (there is no maximum charge).

If you arrive early on the day, we can keep your luggage even before check-in. Please feel free to ask the staff at the front desk. In addition, even after check-out, we will keep it only for the same day. Please be sure to bring your passport and other valuables with you. Frozen and refrigerated items cannot be stored.
