Prix Fixe Dinner "Le goût de l'hiver"

The recommended main dish is "cassoulet", made by slowly simmering duck thigh and petits sale (salted pork belly). It is a hearty dish with concentrated meaty flavor.
For fish dishes, we offer "Cotrillard," also known as white bouillabaisse. It is a beautiful, modern take on the traditional cuisine of Brittany, France, which is said to have its roots in the hearty cooking of fishermen. Enjoy the luxurious flavors of not only the classic blue fish, but also mussels and white clams.
