Apology and Notice Regarding Food Poisoning Incident at a Restaurant in the Hotel
We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued patronage.
It was discovered that THE BAR Bar & Lounge on the 24th floor of our hotel, mistakenly served customers with water containing diluted bleach on September 11, 2024, and the establishment in question received administrative guidance from the Minato Ward Minato Public Health Center on September 20 to suspend operations. Details are as follows.
We sincerely apologize to our customers for the great distress and inconvenience caused to them.
We take this incident very seriously and will do our utmost to regain the trust of our customers.

(2) Place: Bar & Lounge "THE BAR"
(3) Contents provided: Diluted water containing chlorine bleach
2. How it came to light
This was brought to light after a customer who had used the service reported it.
3. Response
(1) After receiving the customer's report, we checked her physical condition and recommended that she see a doctor if necessary. We also reported the incident to the Minato Ward Public Health Center.
(2) Based on the guidance of the Minato Public Health Center in Minato Ward, we have established measures to prevent recurrence and implemented necessary improvement measures.
