​■Spring Skyscraper Dinner
The Spring Skyscraper Dinner is a full-course meal that begins with six hors d'oeuvres featuring snow crab, scallops, rape blossoms, wild vegetables, bamboo shoots, and other spring-like flavors recommended for your favorite aperitif "omoto". After a saffron-flavored mussel soup, guests can enjoy a double main course featuring a fish dish of sea bream and lobster on one plate and three kinds of meat dishes including Miyazaki beef. The dessert, handmade by our resident patissier, is a gorgeous looking dessert with a choice of four different types, including cherry blossom crème brûlée, which evokes the feeling of spring.
