Skyscraper Dinner: September 1, 2025 (Monday) - November 30, 2025 (Sunday) Autumn Full Course Dinner
At the 24th floor all-day dining restaurant "Harmony," we will be offering a seven-course autumn skyscraper dinner, featuring autumn flavors such as black maitake mushrooms and a luxurious assortment of three meat dishes, including Miyazaki beef sirloin, all accompanied by a spectacular night view from approximately 100 meters above ground.
Autumn Skyscraper Dinner" Full Course Menu
The full course menu begins with an amuse of duck with figs, a seasonal fruit, and honey from Tokyo, and a cold hors d'oeuvre of seafood. The hot hors d'oeuvre of foie gras served with red fruit vinaigrette is rich in flavor with a refreshing finish. The truffle-scented champignon soup, black maitake mushroom tempura, and a variety of other autumn-inspired ingredients can also be enjoyed. For the main course, three types of meat, including Miyazaki beef sirloin, are all sautéed and roasted and served on a single plate. The desserts, handmade by our patissier, are also an attractive feature of the menu.
