Skyscraper Dinner: December 1, 2025 (Monday) - February 28, 2026 (Saturday) Winter Full Course Dinner
Starting Monday, December 1, 2025, the 24th floor all-day All-Day Dining "Harmony" will be offering a "Winter Skyscraper Dinner" full course of seven dishes featuring the bounty of the sea and mountains, including abalone and sea bream, which become firm and flavorful in winter, and a three-meat assortment including Tokyo's famous brand pork, TOKYO X, stewed until tender with plenty of foie gras and red wine. Enjoy the unique Tokyo night view as you approach Christmas and the New Year.
Winter Skyscraper Dinner" Full Course Menu
The full course menu begins with three hors d'oeuvres made with lobster and foie gras. The hot onion gratin soup with three kinds of cheese melting in the soup will warm you up. Even the fish dishes, such as sea bream and abalone on a single plate, are full of luxurious ingredients. The main dish is a combination of lamb and beef filet with red wine braised TOKYO X, a brand-name pork from Tokyo, which is a delight in the cold season. The dessert, handmade by our resident pastry chef, will be a "chocolate dome" topped with warm chocolate.
