Notice of Service Charge Amendment

Thank you for your patronage of Royal Park Hotels. 

THE series of Royal Park Hotels will be informed you of the following amendment in our Service charge.
We will continue to provide the higher level of service safely and securely to you.  We are grateful for your ongoing support and understanding in this matter. 

Effective Date: April 1, 2024
Details: Service charge revised from 10% to 15%
Applicable Hotels: All THE series hotels

*In accordance with the above amendment, House Regulations Terms and Conditions Annex 1②④, Usage Rules (About Payment) will revise from 10% to 15%, effective April 1, 2024.
