Notification of refunds based on the Payment Services Act
To customers who have a "Yokohama Royal Park Hotel Nikko" gift certificate
We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued support.
Mitsubishi Estate Hotels & Resorts Co., Ltd. will be discontinuing the use of Yokohama Royal Park Hotel Nikko gift certificates as of March 31, 2025.
Unused Yokohama Royal Park Hotel Nikko gift certificates will be refunded as follows, pursuant to Article 20, Paragraph 1 of the Payment Services Act.
Customers who have unused Yokohama Royal Park Hotel Nikko gift certificates are asked to apply for a refund within the following refund period.

How to get a refund
Points can be exchanged for a Royal Park Hotels gift certificate, which can be used at Royal Park Hotels nationwide, or via bank transfer.
Bank transfer fees and postage charges will be borne by us.
