Participate in the world's largest environmental action: CANVAS EARTH HOUR 2025

The eight hotels at The Royal Park Canvas agreed with the purpose of "EARTH HOUR" to demonstrate their commitment to combating climate change and conserving biodiversity, and participated in it for the first time last year.
This year, each hotel will be turning off the lights in its public spaces and lounges from 8:30 pm on Saturday, March 22nd, and guests will be asked to help by turning off the lights in their guest rooms.

Additionally, we will be serving sustainable cocktails inspired by EARTH HOUR, allowing guests to spend time thinking about the global environment.

Yuzu citrus gin and tonic The Royal Park Canvas - Sapporo Odori Park

yuzu-scented citrus gin and tonic

Based on the LAST ELYSIUM gin, this gin and tonic is a gin and tonic made from an original citrus gin made by reusing lemon and orange peels.
It is a gin made by reusing sake lees, and while making use of the fruity aroma of sake lees, three kinds of citrus fruits and botanicals such as ginger leaves and chamomile are woven together to create a citrus and lush aroma.

The name of the gin, LAST ELYSIUM, focuses on the meaning of the word "last" and "continuation," and the story of the new life that "continues" from the sake lees obtained at the "end" of squeezing the sake matches the Earth Hour event, which shows the intention of climate change and biodiversity conservation. We felt that this gin was a perfect match for the Earth Hour event, which is a demonstration of our commitment to climate change and biodiversity conservation.
