Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. *May vary depending on Accommodation Plan you use, so please check when making a reservation.
The hotel does not have its own parking lot. We will guide you to parking lots with preferential rates in the vicinity of the hotel.
Hotel guests Complimentary tickets for 1,500 yen for 17 hours are sold at the front desk. * Please pay the prescribed fee determined by the parking lot for the excess amount. *Vehicle restrictions: Vehicle height 2.1m Vehicle width 2m Vehicle length 5m (Left-hand drive vehicles, large vehicles, and tall vehicles cannot enter.)

If you arrive early on the day, we can keep your luggage even before check-in. Please feel free to ask the staff at the front desk. In addition, even after check-out, we will keep it only for the same day. Please be sure to bring your passport and other valuables with you.
The bedding in our hotel uses recycled feathers from the Nishikawa Recycle Project* promoted by Nishikawa Co., Ltd. *This is an initiative to collect used feather products in Japan, remove the feathers from them, wash them in factories in Japan, and use the restored feathers as a recycled resource.
