Masato Yoshikawa, head chef of the restaurant "The River Side Cafe," has been awarded the "2023 Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare Award for Chefs."

This award is given to those who hold a chef's license, are always at the forefront of actual cooking work, and have made outstanding contributions in a leadership position to the development of culinary techniques and the improvement of the qualifications of chefs.
