  • If you arrive early on the day, we can keep your luggage even before check-in. Please feel free to ask the staff at the front desk.
    In addition, even after check-out, we will keep it only for the same day. Please be sure to bring your passport and other valuables with you.
  • There is no child fare setting.
    Children under elementary school age are free of charge if using existing bed.
    Children sharing a bed are limited to 1 child per 1 adult. Any additional children will be charged.
    Up to 1 child can sleep with a regular bed, excluding extra beds.
    Junior high school students and older will be charged the regular rate.
  • All rooms are non smoking.
    If you wish to smoke, please use the smoking space on B1F.

    A. Check-in before 11:00
    An additional charge for the previous night will be charged. A Reservations of the previous day is required.
    B. Check-in from 11:00 to 15:00
    An additional charge of JPY1,000 (including consumption tax and service charge) will be charged per hour per room.

    * We may not be able to meet your request depending on the operating conditions on the day before and on the day. Please note.

  • Extension of check-out time will be charged as follows.

    A. Check-out from 11:00 to 18:00
    An additional charge of JPY1,000 (including consumption tax and service charge) will be charged per hour per room.
    B. Check-out after 18:00
    An additional charge for the first night will be charged.

  • Please write the name of the guest and Check-in on the slip and send it to the address below. Please send your luggage after making a reservation. Please note that we cannot accept refrigerated/frozen products or cash on delivery.

About Children

About the Restaurant

  • Although it is not a reservation system, we recommend making a reservation as it may be crowded on weekends.
    Please note that we do not accept reservations for breakfast, so please visit us directly.
  • Please be smart casual. Please refrain from wearing extremely light clothing or Sleepwear.

About Facilities and Services

  • Please refrain from wearing sleepwears and slippers in the facilities.

  • There is a laundry service (fees apply) for cleaning, dry cleaning, and pressing.

    For security reasons, we do not allow anyone other than hotel guests to use the guest room floors. We will also refuse entry of masseurs who have arranged themselves.
