Founded in 1913 (Taisho 2). Shinshindo, a bakery that continues to be loved by the people of Kyoto, proposes a new concept of "a brasserie where you can spend a happy time with our specialty bread, food, wine, and cheese".
We offer carefully selected ingredients such as egg dishes, ham, vegetable soup, etc., mainly from Kyoto ingredients, along with our proud bread.
