  • If you arrive early on the day, we can keep your luggage even before check-in. Please feel free to ask the staff at the front desk.
    In addition, even after check-out, we will keep it only for the same day. Please be sure to bring your passport and other valuables with you. Frozen and refrigerated items cannot be stored.
  • There is no child fare setting.
    Children under elementary school age are free of charge if using existing bed.
    Up to 1 child can sleep together with each bed.
    Junior high school students and older will be charged the regular rate.
  • All rooms are non smoking.
    If you wish to smoke, please use the smoking space on the 4th floor.

About Stay

  • Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

  • Use before check-in time will be charged as follows.

    A. Check-in before 12:00
    An extra night's stay will be charged. Reservations must be made the day before.
    B. Check-in between 12:00 and 15:00
    An additional fee of 2,000 yen (incl. consumption tax and service charges) will be charged per room per hour.

    * We may not be able to meet your request depending on the operating conditions on the day before and on the day. Please note.

  • Extension of check-out time will be charged as follows.

    A. Check-out from 11:00 to 18:00
    An additional charge of 2,000 yen (including consumption tax and service charge) will be charged per hour per room.
    B. Check-out after 18:00
    An additional charge for the first night will be charged.

    *We may not be able to meet your request depending on the operating conditions on the day and the next day. Please note.
    *Please inquire with the staff at check-in for details on fees and availability.

About Luggage

  • Please write the name of the guest and Check-in on the slip and send it to the address below. Please send your luggage after making a reservation. Please note that we cannot accept refrigerated/frozen products or cash on delivery.

About Children

  • Crib are available free of charge. The number is limited, so please let us know when you make a reservation.
    For safety reasons, use is limited to children under the age of 1 who cannot hold onto their feet.
    Please inquire about available rooms. (There are some rooms where Crib cannot be installed.)

About the Restaurant

  • Although it is not a reservation system, we recommend making a reservation as it may be crowded on weekends.
    Please note that we do not accept reservations for breakfast, so please visit us directly.
  • Please be smart casual. Please refrain from wearing extremely light clothing or Sleepwear.

About Facilities and Services

  • All room entrances are 85 cm.
  • Wheelchairs are available in the airport building.
  • Guide dogs are allowed.
  • There is no curfew.
  • Located on the 1st and 3rd floors of Haneda Airport Terminal 3.
  • Please refrain from wearing sleepwears and slippers in the facilities.
  • (17:00-21:30 (L.O.) to place your order.
  • There is a laundry service (fees apply) for cleaning, dry cleaning, and pressing.
    Please fill out the laundry slip provided in your room and bring it to the front counter.
    If you leave it by 10:00, it will be delivered after 18:00 on the same day.

About the refresh room

  • This is a room that can be used by the hour, not for lodging. It is equipped with shower Facility, a sofa and a TV, but does not have a bed.

  • Reservations can be made by phone (Tel: +81-3-6830-1111). If you have not made a reservation in advance, please come to the front desk. We'll check the availability for you. Please note that you may be asked to wait during busy times.
  • The use of the refresh room is guided by one person per room. Up to one child of elementary school age or younger can stay with you.

About transit hotel

  • It is located in the departure area of Haneda Airport Terminal 3 and can be used by passengers transferring to an international flight at Haneda Airport, or by customers departing overseas from Haneda Airport and entering the departure area of Terminal 3. A possible transit hotel. In addition to guest rooms, there are lounges and refreshment rooms.
  • Please make a reservation by phone or Online Reservation (departure area exclusive plan).
    Please read the precautions carefully before making a reservation as they are different from regular Reservations.
